Dinner options were a highlight, particularly the flavorful Irish stew and fish and chips that were well-priced and satisfying. The warm, welcoming atmosphere felt like home, which greatly enhanced the stay. The service, however, had a downside. the breakfast experience was disappointing with poor coffee and a rude staff member creating tension among the younger wait staff. This marred what could have been a perfect stay, urging a reconsideration of breakfast service quality.

The cozy room was my fave! Loved the large comfortable space and clean vibe. Breakfast was fab too! But, room 11 was cramped — it lacked some essentials like a shelf. 😅

The bar atmosphere really carried a lively vibe, making it an enjoyable spot to unwind after a long day. The location is right by a river, offering beautiful views and a nice area to explore nearby.

The ground floor room had double doors that opened onto a car park, limiting fresh air and leaving the space stuffy at night. Noise levels were an issue. we could clearly hear a live band from the bar, making it hard to relax. Meals left something to be desired, especially the thick, reheated stew which lacked flavor. Breakfast hours were a bit awkward, stretching only from 8 to 10.

Things I wish I knew before I tried it

The room was spotless and cozy, with friendly staff making me feel at home. Great location with easy parking. Breakfast, though, was a letdown—coffee could use an upgrade and the dinner didn't impress. A straightforward breakfast menu would also help.

Modern room, tasty food, with a flat-screen tv and electric kettle for added comfort. the breakfast was hearty and served by cheerful staff who made our stay even more enjoyable.

The Double Room had a peaceful vibe. Loved the cleanliness and charm. The shower temperature was a bit too hot for my taste. The staff were incredibly friendly, always ready to help. Shared some special memories there. it holds a significant place in my heart. The location by the river was beautiful, perfect for a calming stroll. the bar downstairs had a live band that was really loud, making it hard to relax at night. Great breakfast spread helped brighten up the start of the day. Would definitely return in August.
